2. Practice using colloquial expressions in sample IELTS speaking 

Q1: How often do you go out in the evenings?

A1: Not as much as I’d like, I’m afraid. I don’t go out much during the week, because I have to 1…………………….work on time every day. I hate to 2…………………..’cos it makes me feel rushed all day. And I don’t find it easy to 3………………… excuses.

Q2: How do you like to spend your free time?
